Description: As the Vice President of Information Technology, you will be responsible for directing the information and data integrity of Marvell’s organization and its business functions. This will include:

• Providing the vision, leadership, planning and management of all technology operations, help desks, communication and data networks, software development, telecommunications, and application service providers, and are accountable for maintaining the data and electronic media of the organization.
• Leading the IT organization in integrating information technology into the business strategy, influencing the use of technology to improve business performance, and delivering and supporting needed information and systems across the organization.
• Providing strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems. Work closely with executive management to establish short and long-term goals aligned with strategic objectives.
• Delivering information systems and technology services consistent with the strategic plan through the effective operation of necessary application systems and network services.
• Ensuring the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.
• Acting as the IT spokesperson to other departments, functions and management.
• Maintaining an understanding of the IT needs throughout the organization.
